Come join us  for 18 holes of golf and a whole lot of fun!   Gather together three of your friends for a day of fellowship and good cheer.

Registration Fee:  $140 for single player, $560 for a foursome

Registration fee includes lunch, golf cart, green fees, and buffet dinner!

On-the-Course Competitions & Raffle

Registration begins:  11:30 am

Shotgun start: 12:30 pm

Dinner & Raffle:  6:00 pm (estimated)

Tournament Sponsor ($2,000+): The highest level of sponsorship, we will include business or individual name or logo (as desired) in all communications including program book cover mention and center two-page ad spread, e-blasts (minimum two) and Facebook posts (minimum three), registration table signage and up to three T-box signs.  Tournament sponsor will be invited to briefly address the guests at the banquet following the golf tournament.  Additional promotional opportunities possible – to be arranged as agreed.

Banquet Sponsor ($1,000-$1,999): Featured sponsor visibility includes business logo or individual name recognition through a two-page ad spread in program book, mention in e-blasts and Facebook posts (minimum two), banquet table signage and up to three T-box signs.  Banquet sponsor will be given the opportunity to briefly address the quests at the beginning of the awards program during the banquet.  Additional promotional opportunities possible – to be arranged as agreed.

Tee Sponsors ($100 – $500):  business, individual name or personal message signage placed at Tee Boxes as follows:

– Platinum Level $500 – sign on five tee boxes & at registration table
– Gold Level $300 – sign on four tee boxes
– Silver Level $200 – sign on three tee boxes
– Single Level $100 – sign on one tee box

(Name, message only or simple logo signs will be created for sponsors;  additional creative design to be provided by sponsor.)

All sponsors will be thanked in our printed program book, which will be distributed to all the golfers, volunteers, banquet guests, and members of the First Congregational Church of Haddam and Higganum Congregation Church.

Banquet Raffle and Auction Items

We gather many bottles of wine and awesome raffle prizes for this each year;  specialty donations have also been used for live and silent auctions in the past.  If you would like to donate an item such as a gift certificate, event tickets, service vouchers, etc….all are welcome!  No donation is too small!

Volunteers Needed

The tournament success is due to its volunteers!  Volunteer opportunities are available in the following areas:  Registration, raffle sales, hole attendants, raffle prep, raffle set-up, tournament photographer, and golf cart set-up.
